We may collect the following personal data about you:(a) The personal details you provide and all of the information you choose to submit to us including any information provided by you to us when making an application, registering your interest for our Service, attending an event along with the information you send us in emails and text messages, or interacting with us at events, on the telephone or on social media platforms (such as Facebook or Twitter). Since we are a philanthropy community, we aim to have donors exchange with each other. We will however ask donors authorisation for any share of data.
(b) We may also receive other personal or private information about you that you choose to submit to this Site or any other websites we operate with such as forms you fill in such as but not limited to surveys or gift aid declarations.
(c) We may sometimes film, photograph or otherwise record our Events. Please note that your consent to being filmed or recorded as an attendee is a condition of your booking/redeeming your ticket. By buying/redeeming a ticket, you confirm the consent of you and all your Guests to being filmed, photographed or recorded. The film/images/recordings may be made available to the public via the website or by other means. Where an image is clearly of you - an individual - who are the focus of the image, we will seek for your consent to use it.
Location Information. Your devices (depending on your settings) may transmit location information to the Services. We use this information to customise, improve and protect the Services. For example, we may use your location information to determine local language preferences, or to geotag a post.
Cookies and usage data. This data is collected automatically. We use these technologies to do things such as remember your preferences, keep you safe and improve and promote the Services. With regard to each of your visits to our website, we may automatically collect details of your visit, including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data. When using making a donation or paying for an event, you will be asked for financial details such as credit / debit card information. The processing of these payments are carried out by third parties and on a separate secure server. We do not store any credit or debit card information on our servers.

Operation Support.
We may make your personal data available to selected third parties who act on our behalf to support our operations.

(b) KindLink who administrate our Donor Advised Fund (DAF), receiving donations and redistributing funds to charitable projects.
Following the law. to protect us, our members or contractors against loss or damage. This may include (without limit) exchanging information with the police, courts or law enforcement organisations.
How long we may hold personal data for
Personal Data will not be retained for longer than necessary for us to achieve the purpose for which we obtained that data. In addition, we are required by law or by rules made by the Financial Conduct Authority to retain certain types of information for specified time periods. We will then either securely delete it or anonymise it so that it cannot be linked back to you.

Image/Video/Audio usage. You can ask Walk The Talk at any time for the image/video/audio with your specific image to stop being used in which case they will not be used in future publications/platforms but may continue to appear in publications/platforms already in circulation.
